SUMMER SCHOOLS
In collaboration with the Lake Como School of Advanced Studies, the University of Insubria, and the University of Milan, INEM has organized two summer schools, in 2019 and 2022. The schools were hosted at Villa del Grumello, on the shores of Lake Como, Italy.
The main theme of both schools was “Economic Behaviours: Models, Measurements, and Policies.” The schools aimed at foster reflection on economic models of decision-making, focusing on their explanatory power as well as normative/policy implications.
The invited speakers lectured on the topics related to the school’s main theme, while students presented their papers.
Papers by students addressed any topic in the philosophy, methodology, or history of economics, that is, also topics different from the summer school’s main theme.
